1. Who we are

2. Eligibility and registration

Access to lots and bidding is granted only after we have verified your submitted documents. We may request further information. Approval does not transfer any ownership or guarantee availability of any lot.

4. Bidding

All bids are binding offers to purchase at the bid amount. You may not retract a bid. Each lot has a starting price, a bid increment, an end time and, where stated, a confidential reserve. A bid placed within the anti-snipe window extends the lot's end time. The highest valid bid at close wins, subject to any reserve being met.

5. Reserves

Some lots carry a reserve. If the reserve is not met, the lot may not sell and we are not obliged to complete a sale.

6. Winning, payment and collection
